AI Chat
Talk to the portal the way you talk to Muse. Ask about any job, add notes, update schedules, file updates. Pick a job to focus the chat, or leave it on All Jobs and name the job in your message.
User Accounts
Admins can add staff accounts (for example a VA), deactivate accounts, and reset passwords.
AI Settings
Paste a provider API key to turn on the AI assistant and AI document sorting.
Keys are stored on the server only — after saving, only the last 4 characters are ever shown.
A key saved here takes over from any key in the server's .env file.
Anthropic powers the full assistant that can file documents, create jobs, and update schedules from chat;
OpenAI is chat-only.
